Custom CRM development

Your sale has a shape. Every CRM you've tried wants you to sell like everybody else.

Who it’s for

  • Founder-led sales teams whose sale has specific steps a generic CRM fights.
  • Experts whose sales method lives in their head, and who want it in the tool instead.
  • Teams running deals out of spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory.

What it replaces

  • Spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory as the system of record.
  • A generic CRM bent into a shape it was never built for.
  • Follow-ups that fall into the gaps between steps.

What we build

  • The deal at the center of everything, moving through your stages, not a template's.
  • A daily queue that tells each person who to call and why.
  • Talk tracks that change with the deal's stage and the person on the other end.
  • Emails that log themselves, and outreach sequences run from the same screen.
  • Lead enrichment and research built in.

First we find the real problem. If what you asked for won’t fix what you’ve got, we say so before anything is built. How it works →

SiteFacts: a CRM shaped to one sale

Their own stages, a daily call queue, and talk tracks that change with the deal.

“SiteFacts' unique combination of custom reports and software solutions for the builder community didn't lend itself to any off-the-shelf CRM. We didn't have the time or bandwidth to modify an existing solution. Inertia took the time to understand our business and produced a tool that fits our needs as if we'd designed it ourselves. Lead enrichment, research, sequencing, custom email integration. And it is all specific to our product and our buying cycle.”
Don Healy · Founder, SiteFacts

The SiteFacts story →

The SiteFacts sales pipeline: deals for home builders across stages from Lead to Closed Won, each card showing the owner, days in stage, deal value, and the next action with its date. Names and figures are fabricated.

Questions

Why not just customize HubSpot or Salesforce?
Sometimes you should, and if that's the answer, we'll say so. A custom CRM earns its place when your sale has a shape the general tools fight: your own stages, your own talk tracks, your own method. That's when bending an off-the-shelf tool costs more time than it saves.
Who owns it?
Some builds are a fee, and you own what gets built. Some are a fee plus a piece of what gets built. Which one applies is decided on the first call, and it's written down.
What does it cost?
It depends mostly on how much of what you need already lives in our code library, and how much is yours alone. Sign-in, scheduling, and messaging are already built. You pay for the part that's specific to your sale.
