An object in motion stays in motion.Until something rubs.
We find the thing that’s eating your week and we build the tool that removes it. Built for your business, not for a market segment.

- Engineering, design & demand under one roof
Most of what’s eating your week isn’t hard.
It’s just yours.
Nobody else can write that estimate, because the prices live in your head. Nobody else can build that invoice, because only you know which class was which. Nobody else can answer that email, because you’re the one they called.
That’s not a staffing problem. Hiring someone to do it badly is still you, checking it.
It’s a friction problem. There’s a specific, boring, repeated thing standing between you and the work you’re actually good at. Find it, build the thing that removes it, hand it over. That’s the entire business.
Two kinds of friction. We do both.
The work is there, the day is full
You’ve got more demand than time, and the overhead is winning. We build a workflow tool that fits how you work — not how a software company decided your industry works.
RVDesk. RevWin. The Parentz@Work billing tool. Each one exists because a person kept doing something by hand that a machine should have been doing.
The day has room, the phone doesn’t ring
The other version of stuck. You’re good, you’re available, and nobody local knows you exist.
We build the demand engine: your Google Business Profile run properly, and a website actually rooted in your market — the places you serve, the certifications nobody else has, the questions your customers really type at 11pm.
No tool fixes an empty calendar. We fix the calendar first.

What we’ve built
RVDesk
Mobile RV repair
Type the job the way you'd say it to another tech. A priced estimate builds itself in about fifteen seconds, off his own QuickBooks history. Customer signs on the rig. Signed PDF lands in QuickBooks.

RevWin
AEC capture planning
Thirty years of capture methodology, seven AI agents, twenty-eight frameworks. The AI doesn't have opinions of its own — it works inside his method.

Parentz@Work
Nonprofit county billing
Every month, a person retyped PDF sign-in sheets into a county invoice by hand. The last one had a wrong grand total and a mispriced class. Now the file builds itself.

These are the ones we can talk about.
"You have no idea how much time you saved me. This is amazing."
“My best month ever was because RVDesk allowed me to do more jobs and be done when I park the work truck in the driveway in the evening.”
“My process is now accessible to anyone in the industry. Previously, only the top 100 firms had the resources to pull it off.”
Who this works for
It works when
- You already know what’s eating your week. You just haven’t had time to fix it.
- The thing is specific. “Our processes are inefficient” isn’t a project. “I retype sign-in sheets into a spreadsheet on the last Friday of every month” is.
- You decide fast. This is the one we don’t bend on. Fast doesn’t mean reckless — it means you can say yes or no without a committee.
It doesn’t when
- You want a dev shop to build a spec you already wrote. We’re not order-takers, and you’ll be happier with someone cheaper.
- The decision needs four people to agree.
- You want software with no point of view in it.
Tell us what’s eating your week.
Twenty minutes on the phone and you’ll know whether there’s something here. If there isn’t, we’ll say so.
You’ll talk to James first — he’s the one who figures out what the actual problem is. Then the team that builds it gets involved.
