AEC capture planning
A thirty-year method, running without him in the room
Architecture, engineering & construction · live at revwin.ai

What was in the way
Don Sherman has spent thirty-plus years on capture planning for architecture, engineering and construction firms. The method works.
The method also required Don. It moved at the speed of one man's calendar, and it lived in static documents that were stale the week after they were written.
What we built
Seven AI agents and twenty-eight capture frameworks, all of it running strictly inside Don's methodology. It interviews the user, puts the answers where they belong, scores the pursuit across risk dimensions, and says what to do next.
Leadership sees which pursuits are actually winnable before anyone writes a proposal.
Why it works
This is the part people miss: the AI has no opinions of its own. It isn't a general-purpose assistant that read about capture planning. It is dependent on Don's method — it can only reason the way he reasons.
That's what makes it trustworthy to a firm betting a serious business-development budget on it.
What you've built takes my methodology far beyond what I could have done myself.
