Find it. Build it. Hand it over.

  1. Find it

We spend real time in your week, not in a workshop. The goal is one sentence: “the thing in your way is ___.”

If we can't get to that sentence, there's no project, and we'll tell you that instead of selling you something.

  2. Build it

RevWin took about two months. RVDesk took about three weeks.

They get faster because the team gets better at this, and because we don't start over every time — the parts that are the same across builds are already built.

  3. Hand it over

You own it. It runs without us.

If we've done this right, the tool is boring within a month — you stop noticing it, the same way you stopped noticing your truck.

I am honored to have you as part of the team. Your experience and unique view on problem solving have really been a game changer.

Who does the work

Engineering, design, marketing execution, and delivery. We staff to the shape of the build rather than making the build fit a fixed team — which is why an AI capture platform for engineering firms and a plain-language estimate tool for a one-man RV shop can come out of the same shop without either one inheriting the other’s software.

James runs discovery on every engagement. He’s the one who finds the friction, and he stays on through handoff. After that, the right people get pulled in for what’s actually being built.

What it costs

Every one of these has been different. Some are a flat build fee. Some are a fee plus a piece of what gets built.

We work that out once we know what we’re building, and never before.
